General Information:
Schedule Your Photo Appointment: Book online for your designated school dates. Simply search by Thom's Postal Code (S4R 4C7), Thom Collegiate, and enter your name as it appears in the school’s records. If your name doesn’t appear, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-676-1647 for assistance.
If you are having your original photos taken, you have the option to prepay your session fee ($40) online or it must be paid to your photographer at the time of your photo session. Debit or credit is preferred, but cash and cheque will be accepted. Cheque made payable to Lifetouch Canada.
**BOOKING RETAKES – if you had original photos taken and would like to book a retake session you will need to call Customer Service at 1-888-676-1647 or 1-866-457-8212 to book an appointment – you will not be able to book online
If you are having your retake photos taken, you must give your original set of proofs to your photographer to have retakes done at no charge, or you must pay the session fee ($40) again.
Location: In the Flex-room
Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Contemporary Poses:
You can include contemporary poses, which are casual shots of the graduate only. Feel free to bring a prop (e.g., musical instrument or sporting equipment) to reflect your personality.
**Note: Due to allergies, animals are not permitted at any grad photo sessions**
A Word About Yearbook Photos:
It is recommended to have your photos taken at the school, as images taken at the Studio may not be included in the yearbook or on the composite (if offered).
About Your Proofs:
Your proofs will arrive within 2-3 weeks via Canada Post, and you’ll also receive an email with a link to view them online.
Proofs are unretouched, but your finished portraits will include basic retouching (blemish removal, softening lines) at no extra charge. Premium retouching is available for an additional fee.
Preparing for Your Session:
Hair and Makeup: Please be ready with hair and makeup done before your session starts.
Props: If bringing a prop, ensure it’s ready for your photo session. (Lifetouch is not responsible for any lost or damaged props)
Attire: Lifetouch will provide the grad gown, hat, tassel, v-stole, and roses. You may wear your own dress shirt (any color) with or without a tie (please pre-tie your tie or use a clip-on). If you prefer not to wear a tie, a V-neck or scoop-neck shirt is recommended. Please arrive already dressed in your chosen attire.
