ACCESSING STUDENT SUPPORTS

Dear Parents, Guardians and Students:

During this stressful time, we want to remind you that our Thom Student Services team is available to families during regular school hours. Students who require personal, crisis, academic, career or post-secondary counselling can reach out to a member of the Student Services team by email or phone to make arrangements for support:

COVID Case Identified, School Remains Open

March 22, 2021 – the Saskatchewan Health Authority informed us that there was one case of COVID-19 at Thom Collegiate. Close contacts have been called and remote learning will begin for affected students.

The school remains open. Letters will be sent to school families on March 23, 2021.

If there are any additional close contacts identified at the school, they will be contacted directly by Public Health. A close contact is someone who has been within two metres (six feet) of someone for a cumulative 15 minutes.

Graduating Students’ Account Removal

All Grade 12 students or students leaving the division need to be notified that their division Google Apps account will be disabled immediately after the last day of school (students will not have access) and deleted 30 days after that.

It is extremely important that any Google drive documents, Google photo images and any other content in any of the services be saved off before you leave school in June.

School Zone Safety Tips
